Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by BAY TRUCKING INC.

SERVICES

BAY TRUCKING INC provides interstate general freight hauling services. All services are subject to availability and written agreement between the company and the client.

PRICING

Pricing for freight services is determined based on factors including distance, freight type, weight, route, scheduling requirements, fuel costs, and other logistical considerations. Pricing is negotiated on a per-load or per-contract basis and confirmed in writing prior to service.

PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. In some cases, milestone-based or contract-based billing arrangements may apply. Payment terms may be Net 30 when approved in advance in writing

LATE PAYMENTS

Late payments may be subject to a late fee of up to 1.5 percent per month or the maximum amount permitted by law. BAY TRUCKING INC reserves the right to suspend services for accounts that are past due.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel scheduled freight services by providing written notice. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup may not incur a fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and operational costs.

REFUND POLICY

Because freight services involve scheduling, labor, and operational commitments, refunds are not available once services have been performed. If a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, any eligible refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BAY TRUCKING INC’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable transportation laws and regulations. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
